Jeff Jensen - Certified General Appraiser, SRA
Jeff has over 45 years of appraisal experience with Jensen Appraisal. Jeff is a Certified General Appraiser and specializes in single and multi family, ranchettes, and commercial properties. Jeff is a past president of the Appraisal Institute and has done numerous speaking engagements throughout the years.
Erik Jensen - Certified Residential Appraiser
Erik graduated from Fresno State in 2015. He has since worked with Jensen Appraisal as a third generation appraiser. In addition to being a Certified Residential Appraiser, Erik is also an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute.
Travis Bughi - Certified Residential Appraiser
Travis graduated from CSU Fresno in 2010 and was hired as a tax appraiser in 2011. He worked for the Assessor’s Office of Stanislaus County for seven years, and then Merced County for three years before getting his Certified Residential License and joining Jensen Appraisal in the beginning of 2022. Between his time as a tax appraiser and Certified Residential Appraiser, Travis has worked on and is familiar with all types of residential properties, ranchettes, and multi-family properties.
Leah Suniga - Administrative Director
Brian Clark - Certified Residential Appraiser
Brian brings with him a decade of experience in the real estate development industry, having been responsible for oversight and management of large construction projects inclusive of expertise in the areas of inspections, construction costs, financing, reconciliation, and project valuation. He entered the real estate appraisal field in 2020 and aligned himself with a prominent appraisal from of 30+ years (Paddock Appraisal Service, Inc.) to obtain the experience and certification required to become proficient in appraising residential, multi-family, and ranchette properties throughout the Tri-County area of the Central Valley. Brian is also a USAF Veteran of over 20+ years with a strong commitment to organization, dedication, and attention to detail.
Gina Michael - Certified Residential Appraiser
Gina comes to us from Paddock Appraisal Service, a well-known Central Valley appraisal firm specializing in rural and complex properties for over 25 years. When Paddock Appraisal Service closed its doors for retirement, Gina was brought on to expand our appraisal territory east into the foothill and mountain regions. Raised in eastern Stanislaus County ranch country, Gina specializes in appraising rural and mountain properties.
